Casertasette - CASERTASETTE IN ENGLISH: ROBBERY AND MURDER IN VAIRANO, 8 ARRESTED

VAIRANO SCALO (Caserta), 15/16 Novembre 2009 - Caserta carabinieri have arrested 8 Romanians believed responsible for the murder of fifty-year-old janitor, Bartolomeo Casparrino, on the night of 12 August during a robbery at the victim's flat in Vairano Patenora, in the Caserta province. Only the victim's mother, Lucia, 71 years old, survived the robbery. Arrested also in Calabria and Piemonte regions.
